We also know waiting for your forward commissions is a financial strain & worry especially in those early days. We pay you 50% commission in advance and the remainder paid 6 weeks prior to your customers departure. This ensures you take home commissions in advance rather than waiting for all the money to be paid 8 weeks prior.

I had the most devastating news on the 23 September 2019 that the Company I had worked for for the past 20 years had been taken under with Thomas Cook. I was in shock, heartbroken and scared. I hadn’t a clue where to start, or where to go for advice. I was ready to throw in the towel

The admin team work tirelessly to check paperwork and send it to clients quickly, they are also on hand to help get through to suppliers, take payments and act as a sounding board for our rants. Their workload during the pandemic with changes has increased massively but they keep calm and carry on! The marketing team has been fabulous, they helped me with my branding from day one. I opened a holiday hut last year, they helped me with marketing materials and graphics. They provide us with e shots, social media images,in fact anything we ask them for and they are so quick! We have fabulous commercial deals with lots of fabulous suppliers, I've already been on several cruise fam trips. Paula, Phil and the whole team care about my business as much as I do which is priceless. I wouldn't dream of working with anyone else now. I have worked for 3 homeworking companies in my 17 years selling holidays from home and I can HONESTLY say The Holiday Village - Paula Nuttall and her amazing team are FANTASTIC! They have all got our backs should anything go wrong, no matter what time of day or night. I get a phone call every week to see how I am and can they do anything to help me, they pick me up when I am struggling. I have never had this from any home working company ever. Paula and her team have kept me sane for the past 22 months with the pandemic. Another great thing about this company is I have my own admin person and she works hard to get my confirmations, tickets, balance reminders, etc quickly which is what clients like nowadays and her attention to detail is 5* too. We have a very friendly helpful Travel Village Facebook page and we all help one another too, you don't feel alone there is always someone there to help, give advice. Normally Paula, Susan and Elliott are there straight away answering questions, their attention to detail is FIRST CLASS. If I email Paula, I normally get an email back straight away or a phone call.
