Welcome, I'm Heather - Travel With Heather

Travel has always been a passion of mine and after years of working in the hospitality industry and as a Freelance Trainer, I decided to train to become an Independent Travel Agent and launch Travel With Heather.

I am based at home near Southampton, Hampshire and as my hours are flexible, I can easily meet the needs of my customers, as well as those of my family. Customer service was one of the subjects I used to train people on, so naturally it is very important to me that my clients receive excellent levels of customer care when booking their holiday.

I love to travel, but I also love helping other people plan their perfect getaways. My clients often send me photos of themselves on holiday or message me whilst they are away to say they are having an amazing time. This is one of my favourite parts of my role as a Travel Agent.

For a few years, I was lucky enough to live and work in Kenya and also visited South Africa quite a few times as well, so African Safari and Beach holidays are amongst my favourites. Many people don’t realise you can combine safari and beach – those beaches in Kenya are absolutely stunning so it makes a perfect holiday! Other favourites are Walt Disney World in Florida, Dubai, Ski holidays, and Cruises – both Ocean and River.
